Could this be early labour i woke up last night with really bad cramps and the runs and back pain i am only 18wks 5days earlier in my pregnancy i had dreams i would have a prem labour the cramps are still coming and going and my back is really hurting and i feel really tired and sore all over should i call my MW

I would go in and get it checked out hon, especially if the pains feel like they're coming and going. Its better to be safe and not take the chance. Call your doctor hon Hope everything is ok, keep us updated!
