Could be either an ingrown hair or pimple. I get them all the time. I too shave every other day and my hair is think (Italian). I also have very oily skin. I wouldn't worry at all.

I get these, they're spots/little boils and my god when they pop the pain is horrific. I get them because I am allergic to citrus but really love citrus
