Hello,
I have to start traveling for work and I am still pumping. Of course, since it's for work I am not bringing the baby. I will be there for 2 days and need to pump there. My question is, what is the best way to get my milk back home? I bought a cooler. What is the BEST ice pack that will stay cold for 10+ hours? Any recomendations?

Will you be somewhere with a fridge? Ice available? All in car? Hotel?

I assume if you will be gone for 2 days, you are doing an overnight stay. See if you can get a room with a fridge. If not, take a cooler and a couple of gallon ziplock bags. Fill the bags with ice from the ice machine. After 5-8 hours (when it melts mostly) dump it and repeat. If you will be out, freeze water bottles or bags full of water, solid block ice will stay frozen all day.

That's just what comes to mind, hope it helps! More specifics of your situation might help as well.
