Use of Clomid for another baby.

I have PCOS and as far as we are aware I don't ovulate at all on my own. We conceived our son on Clomid and now he's 2 and a half would like to try for another.
We are in the Norfolk area of the U.K, what are our chances of having Clomid again on the NHS? I have an appointment with my doctor but it's not until next month.

I had a good look into Myo-Inositol and the feedback is so positive I ordered some yesterday.
Have you used it before?

I don't have PCOS, but I used it this past cycle. I will admit it made my ovaries very very sensitive! But and unless my widwife objects I plan to continue taking it throughout the pregnancy.
