I got some colief for Ellie today as she's suffering awfully with wind at night and keeping us all awake with her groaning - it's such a shame. But, the instructions say you need to make up the feed half an hour in advance. How do you guys do this when baby wants her food right NOW!?

I have to be honest I have just started to use Colief and when I read the instructions I thought there is no way I could make it up half an hour before as my DS still varies on his feed times and I wont let him get distressed waiting for a feed.

I have just been waiting until he is ready, warming the bottle and adding the drops at this point and within a day it has already made a difference.

Admittedly this isnt what the instructions say so it is personal choice whether to follow them by the letter but my method has worked for me!! :happydance:

We make our bottles up in advanced, and put in the fridge. U can put two drops of colief in and they work after 4 hours

This is what we do too. Just make up the bottles and 2 drops in.

Do you make up just the water, or do you add the formula in advance too?

We make them up with the formula in too. Belle has been loads better since using colief, which we have used for about a week and a half. Not sure if it IS the colief doing something, or just that we are getting better at looking after her, and other little things we do are helping her settle. And we are all just getting used to one another! Hope you can get Eloise settled soon!

Oh I have just twigged that Belle and Eloise have the same birthday!
