Ok so it says on the instructions to let the pee cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes) but I find this quite a challenge.

Where do you leave an open conatiner of pee about, plus it means I can't test in work.

Can you do it straight away or is there an option.

Sorry for the blunt question, I can't think how to put it better

Never heard of this, which OPK's do you use?

To the ladies replying, it says this in the instructions of most "strip-type" opks lol.
To OP, I don't bother. I never have done and as I have cycle monitoring with my dr my ovulation is confirmed by ultrasound. My opks have always been accurate despite me not doing the "room temperature" thing. I would like to think that it states that for a reason but I honestly don't think it does lol!

Thank you! That makes things much easier. I used them for a few months last year but it always grossed me out leaving it in the bathroom. At least now I know I can test in work too.

First cycle on Clomid so hoping to catch my first ever ovulation!
