Does anyone know any natural remedies that can increase the uterine lining?

Mine is very thin and I think this may be a factoring reason I'm not getting pregnant on the medication.

I've googled it but not really found the right answers.

I dont have much idea hun but i think progesterone helps with uterine lining.

Think I heard the other day that bromelain or pineapple core can help with lining but I'm not sure about it so I'd do some more research before going and getting any.

Good luck!

I thought progesterone too but I can't find anything that would help.

Bromelain is what's in the pineapple core, it has more benefits for bringing on labour apparently. Plus, I hate pineapple. Lol.

what about raspberry leaf tea? Thats meant to be good for ur uterus i think :)

Again, the use of Raspberry Leaf Tea is more concentrated to labour. It doesn't induce labour but its nutrients have been found to strengthen the uterine muscles which could make contractions more efficient. It's also helpful to breast feeding women as it enriches thee milk.

Have u tried vitamin c supplemments? xx

I take Vitamin C on a daily basis, I get cold sores regularly when I'm run down and they help with that.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm ungrateful, I just research everything before I put it in my body.

You can naturally try to produce more progesterone or go to your gp or fs to get some progesterone cream. I have the cream, use it from cd21-cd28 on a 30 day cycle. This is why when you've had recurrent m/c's the fertility specialists give you progesterone suppositories. Like the cream they help support the lining & keep the baby. Progesterone also decreases PMS symptoms :)

u dont sound ungrateful hun, just well researched :) Im interested in this too tbh as clomid is having that effect on me too

:hugs:

I'm seeing the FS in the morning, I shall see if they will give me some.

Do pregesterone creams/supplements work?

My wife is having similar issues.

A friend told me that plenty of protein in your diet and Brazil nuts help your lining. I'm not sure where she got this info from but I'm undergoing iui at the mo my first scan CD10 showed thin lining I took her advise and by CD12 lining was fine.

I consume a lot of protein in my diet by taking protein shakes, have done for nearly a year now.

Really don't like nuts either.

I posted this in another thread were someone was asking the same thing. So I'll post it here also.

You all can try this to help thicken it.

Pomegranate juice: It helps build thicker uterine lining to help implantation. Only drink a small glass for breakfast each morning. From AF to until you ovulate then stop.

Pineapple: The enzyme -Bromelain found in the core of the pineapple helps with implantation n women alone. And also improves ureine lining. The core is where most of the bromelain is. However do not eat too much of it/drink too much as it may cause uterine contraction..

Avocados is also great for helping too.

Good Luck...

on my first femara cycle my lining was 5.8mm on CD12, during my second cycle I drank two cups of raspberry leaf tea a day and my lining was 7.8mm on CD12! :)

I can't have pineapple, I did blood tests with the naturopath doc and bananas, pineapple and gluten were really reactive (inflammation) foods for me. The progesterone cream really does work well and I like the side effects too. Sleep well, not so sore during AF, turns off the cramps. I eat alot of protein but when I was on Chlomid I was almost certain I wouldn't conceive because it clotted me up at AF and thinned out my lining so much. If I ever had to take it again I'd get progesterone cream and take baby aspirin to deal with the clotting.
