uterus not shrunk?6 wks pp after c section

could it be possible that my uterus is still not shrunken yet? I had a c section 6 wks ago and my stomache still sticks out....its not "fat" but rather firm still......does it make a difference that I had a c section??

I just had my second csection 7 weeks ago and my tummy is flat now. Have u had a period yet?

no period yet...I just stopped with all the after bleeding....but whats left is still firm so I am thinking things are still "settling"? I am back down to my pre-pregnancy weight.I didnt have a 6 wk appointment with my OB its in a few weeks.....
