Hiya, I'm confused about how big the uterus is both before pregnancy and at various gestational ages. My GP said it's the size of an orange pre-pregnancy (some websites say lemon!) and the size of a PINEAPPLE at 6 weeks (websites say lemon!)!! There appears to be a HUGE discrepancy between both what my GP says and various sites on the internet - most of which are well-reputed, government / medical-sponsored sites...
If anyone can help clear up this confusion (which isn't really of any great importance but satisfying my curiosity, all the same), please go ahead!
In particular I'd like to know how big MY uterus is now (7.5 weeks, 8 weeks on Thursday)
