Uterus tightening, is this normal?

I'm 23 weeks but for the past week or so I randomly get this weird feeling like my Uterus is tightening and it will last a few minutes. Sometimes I notice it when my two year old is on my lap and I'm rocking him. Anyone else experience this?

Yes, I get these as well. They are called Braxton hicks contractions. Very normal. It basically our body preparing us for birth. I've had them with all of my pregnancies.

Oh good, thanks! I thought I remembered this feeling from last time, but I couldn't remember when or why I got it (one of those things I blocked out I guess lol)

Sounds like Braxton Hicks. They usually start after your 20th week just your body's way of testing the waters for the big day! Mine felt like a bad digestion/constipation feeling that will keep on coming and going.
