uterus twinges?

After numerous months of symptom spotting and bfns I gave it all up ...... I'm still charting and using opks ...... But I don't keep hpts in the house and ..... I don't pay attention to any ..... Symptom. I keep that mentality too however...today I noticed tri ged Ib my uterus....I know this wasn't gas....as I have cramped before and that was gas lol....this was on one side.....and for about 5min this morning not reallt painful just a nagging feeling like I was being pinched hard then stop then pinched hard......its hard to explain.....any insight on this?

That's the feeling I had last time about 1 1/2 weeks before I got a BFP! Good luckxxxx

Thanks ..... I hope so. Everytime I think about ..... Testing I talk myself out of it I'm done seeing bfn.
