If i eat a plate of veg do i count the calories? Im on calorie counting and not sure where i stand with fruit and veg (not including potatos i rarely eat them)
I'm not exactly sure on counting calories but with WW generally (depends somewhat on the vegetable) if you eat more than a cup of X veg than it starts to cost you .5 to 1 point......
I'd weigh and count the calories because you need to make sure you're eating enough.
A plate of veg is great but needs some protein and carbs for a balanced meal
