Hi ladies, I just wanted to ask if anyone else has a really active baby. My little man is wriggling around constantly, especially when I sit or relax. I'm pretty sure ds wasn't this active when I carried him. I think I'm panicking a bit after reading about cord deaths and things, should I be worried or just enjoy the movements, thanks xx

My doc told me not to worry and that all baby movement is a good thing. so enjoy it all. :)

My baby was very very active from 25-30 weeks. Constantly wringgling and kicking around in there, it was on the verge of being annoying!

But since 30 weeks she's seemed to slow down a little!

I'm with you. My little girl is very active at 30 weeks still. But she is getting more restricted and having jerky movements sometimes when she switches positions. It freaked me out lastnight so I went into the birthing unit at the hospital and had a stress test done and she was perfect. I was told that movement means a very healthy and happy baby and to come in if reduced movement as that signals distress such as low fluid or cord compression stuff.

My LO has been VERY active every since I was first able to feel 'hard kicks'. Even now, I'm struggling to keep my bladder under control... I'm not worried, I actually find it reassuring.xox

yup. my boy is very active.. has been every single day since 19 weeks.

My baby is super active too.My placenta is at the top this top, compared to my last pregnancy when my placenta was at the front so I'm thinking that is why I can feel things more.

My little girl is very active and has been since around 23 weeks I think. I first start to feel her around 4-5am (when I'm getting up to pee AGAIN) and she continues rolling, kicking and hiccuping until around noon and then gets quiet for the afternoon. Wakes up around 7-8pm and starts being active again until I sleep.

I've noticed a lot more movement since hitting 27 weeks. I had been getting kicks right at the bottom of my bump before that, generally just first thing in the morning and last thing at night, but had a scan yesterday and the baby is now head down, so I guess I've started to feel more because of the change in position. The last few days I've felt movement throughout the day, kicks higher up by my belly button, and general wriggling around, which is a nice change and very reassuring.

My little girl's movements have been crazy since hitting 26 weeks. I swear she's kickboxing in there. She definitely gets more active when I'm lying down too. I think you should enjoy it now that it's not as uncomfortable.

Since hitting 27 weeks he is constantly moving about - I am in so much pain from all the kicking!! He only seems to stop when I am sitting in an uncomfortable position which is annoying! He seems to have found my ribs too! Urgh!!!
