OMG OMG OMG OMG! What do I do now? I'm so scared, there are probably lots of threads like this but I was too excited to look for them!

Had mmc in December and we have been NTNP for bout 4 months!

Help please!! How did you all feel after your first BFP after mc?

I go on holiday in 4 weeks... am I still okay to go?? Am i still okay to get my vaccinations for going away??

So many questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And breathe hunni! First of all congratulations! I won't lie to you it's an incredibly worrying ride being pregnant after a loss but you've done the hard part - there is a bun in the oven! Allow yourself to be happy about it - we'll all help you with every worry you have (I can almost guarantee that someone will have experience of it on here) and stay positive that this time it will be fine :hugs:. I'm sure you can still go on your holidays (I've got a trip to Hong Kong booked for when I'm 23 weeks!) but check with your doctor about vaccinations. Probably worth having a chat with docs / midwife about worries generally. I'm happy to say that a lot of us on here have had great care after earlier losses so hopefully you'll be the same. Welcome to the PAL club! xxx

Ooh CONGRATULATIONS!!! :happydance:

I felt exactly like you - I didn't know what to do next! lol. I booked a doc appointment fairly quickly this time (you could check then about your vaccinations etc too), but apart from that I felt/feel a bit in limbo.

I posted on here lots, even though I still don't really feel like I qualify lol. Tbh I quickly felt a bit weird posting on the TTCAL board in case I made anyone feel bad. I do check in on people though, to see how they're doing.

Congratulations again and I hope it all goes smoothly for you this time - I'm sure it will :D

Congratulations :) Try and enjoy every minute!!

Congratulations! It will be a roller-coaster ride from here on in. Its not always easy and it does get scary but the high of being pregnant again is worth it.

Definately check with the Dr about the vaccinations.

Thanks for you replies to my manic post haha. Had a mini outburst!

I'm trying to relax! OH hasn't took it in yet, he was extremely quiet this morning! Not like him at all! I'll go for my vaccinations some time this week or next week. I've been googling though and have found out that the anti-malaria tablets that I have to take for going away as well can be extremely harmful in early pregnancy with certain brands! Uh Oh!

ALSO....My mum & dad are going to kill me. I mean they were dissappointed when I fell pregnant accidentally how are they going to react when they find out that I deliberately swapped my pill for folic acid! Aaahhhhh!

I'm going to stop being so selfish now, how are you all getting on with ur pregnancies then?? Anybody past the point at which you lost your little one during last pregnancy?

LoveLoveLove xxxx

Hi, I too had a miscarriage in December last year. I am currently 9+1 weeks pregnant. I was really worried at first, your bound to be, but I do have a good feeling about this little one, compared to last time.

When we got pregnant last time it wasnt planned and our families werent too pleased. This time it was planned, we were NTNP too, but didnt tell our parents and this time my parents have taken the news better. I think because of what happened last time, they knew how it affected me, so I think they thought it was inevitable. OH family arent pleased, but they never are with us. Hahaha.

I was around 7weeks with my last so I have come further then before. Ive had symptoms this time round, which I never got last time.

How far do you think you are then hun? With reguards to vaccinations, I have no idea.

But stay positive hun. I'm Jess BTW.:flower:
