very impressed with my funky pigeon service so far!

Last night i ordered our LOs personalised birthday card and put a pic of him in it when it was first born as soon as i ordered it i realised i forgot the word 'son' on the front of the card!

so i quickily rang them up and they managed to stop it justbefore it was about to print and make the adjustment. this with a couple of minutes before the phone line was due to close.

just had a call from them now to say that i had put down i wanted it posted out today and they were having a problem with the photo in the card being coruped and they were asking if i could email them the photo so they could still get it sent out today.

im pretty imporessed with their service

That's great! Such good customer service seems hard to come by these days. I have never actually purchased a Funky Pigeon card but I have received them and they're fab

That's really good! It's rare to hear of good customer service usually we're complaining about how bad places are I've never ordered from Funky Pigeon I always use Moonpig because they have Me To You, Forever Friends and Winnie the Pooh ones but may have to have a look at Funky Pigeon x

I have started using a company called Dom and Geri. i found these whilst searching for something a little different. As well as the personalised cards you can buy personalised wrapping paper which I think is great. I would highly recommend them. I received my order the day after having only paid for first class post. The quality and service was excellent. The wrapping paper proved more of a hit than the actual present. They are a family run business and have started using these instead of the other companies from now on
