Very itchy lower bump at 37 weeks!

I am now 37 weeks and got stretchmarks on my lower bump a couple of weeks ago when the baby first dropped. Last night they started getting really itchy and it was nearly unbearable! Anyone else had this? Do you think it is happening because the baby keeps moving down so they are stretching more? x

I get this too, I'm 38 weeks on Friday. I'm scared to scratch them though as when I do the stretchmarks seem to get bigger so I put bio oil on to help ease the itchiness x
