Very Successful Wedding Weekend!

We stayed at the venue this weekend and sorted out loads to the point we are almost done

We met the photographer, hotel manager, restaurant manager, cake shop and florist They all said the same thing, that we were unusually laid back and in their words "a dream" as we pretty much gave them free range to do what they want.

It must be stifling as a creative person to always be told what to do and they are the experts so we have told them the things we don't like (i.e. stuffy traditional pictures with soft focus, big bouquets of flowers, obvious food choices etc) and so go for it and do as they will! It's quite exciting, we had a really good chage with the 2nd photographer and florist, both of whom loved our ideas and we loved theirs so that should be good

Barring those very painful last cheques, we are pretty much there

I think that is possibly the easiest wedding ever planned!!!!!

Nice one!! I am the opposite of you.. I have my ideas and that that Luckily my wedding planner is 20 weeks pregnant and is more than happy to let me tell her.

How exciting, it will be here in no time!!!

Hi Pops, sounds like you had a great weekend! I am sure you will have a wonderful wedding, it sounds as though you have organised everything really well! Do you need to go back again before the big day or are you all sorted now?
