very unsettled baby

Was wondering if you ladies could give some opinion in whether this could just be coincidence my son has from birth been a two to three hour sleeper and feeder, we have been ebf for the last week and a half after a rocky beginning anyway my OH gave him a bottle of formula last night as I had to nip out I told him not to anyway that's a different story! But my son was very unsettled all night waking up every hour and crying could this have been due to the bottle or was this just a coincidence? X

It is possible that it is due to the bottle, as formula is harder to digest. However, my baby (who was, at the time, ebf) became very unsettled at about day 3/4 because my milk came in and she suddenly found it difficult to latch. I'm told that this is normal.

Most likely the formula..its a lot harder on there tummies than breastmilk. It could have caused some aches and discomfort.
