ive got it at the mo, had it for nearly a year been to the specialist and they gave me some excercises to do and ive got an mri on my brain next week. have you got it? please feel free to pm me xx

A year?
Oh wow you poor thing.I got it last night and got diagnosed with it this morning,dr thinks it's viral and should go in a few days or up to two weeks then i got to go back.I've got some tablets to help with the symptoms.

hope yours goes quick, mine started one night with a really bad vertigo attack and my heads not been the same since. take care xx

yip i have the same ive had it since last november and its the worst thing ever! nothing works for me, its brought on panic and anxiety attacks my lifes changed for the worse because of this, my doctor says that mines was caused by the cold sore virus x

i was precribed loads of stuff but nothing worked for me at all.x

tablets did not help me either, glad they are working for you, this thing is horrible, i wouldnt wish it on anyone. take care hun xx

same here i wouldnt wish it on anyone either, its making my life hell, i cant beleive this has got me down so much, what symptoms have you had?x
