Does anyone know what the visitation rights are for an unwed father in the united states? in particular tennessee. Im trying to work out a plan for him to see the baby and im trying very hard for it to reasonable. But he wants the baby to start spending the night with him almost as soon as she is born. And i am not comfortable with that...at all!! I was just wondering if any of you knew what the standard visitation rights were. Thanks!!
