Hi Ladies. I have vitamin b12 deficiency, meaning I need to take monthly shots the rest of my life. Are any of you aware since you are all TTC if I will have to take extra dosages of this vitamin b12 shot, or if I would just need to take extra vitamin b12 pills than a pregnant woman without this deficiency? Thanks so much!
