Vitamin B6, progesterone cream, FertiliTea?

Hi all,
I'm self-diagnosed (as of right now) as having a LPD. My LP the last few months I've tracked (using OPKs and now temping/charting) have only been 8-10 days...less, if you count spotting as AF.
I've been doing some reading, and it seems there are some fairly simple OTC options. I feel pretty safe taking a vitamin B6 supplement. I'm not much of a tea drinker, but I do believe in the health benefits of teas, so I've started drinking FertiliTea, too. I'm hoping these will help give me a longer LP, even if it's just 2-3 days, I think it could make all the difference!
Have any of you tried progesterone cream? I'm leery of it...
So, what are your experiences with any of these? Success? Side effects? Nothing at all?
I'm going to my doctor in a week, but being that I'm still under 30 & have only been TTC for 10 cycles, I'm wondering how proactive he'd be at this point...

I think I may be in the same boat as you! How did you get on at the doctors? Has b6 helped you at all? :)
