Vitamins

Hi there

wondering what you all do? I read in the baby led weaning book that babies should start to take a multivitamin when they get to 6 months. Wondering who does this and which one they use?

I do. It's a liquid solution, can't remember what it's called but it's in an orange box. I'm not sure how necessary it is but figured it can't hurt. I don't remember to do it every day though!
