Hello all

Just seen this thread!

I have just started taking vitex (et dong quai) - been on it for 5 days now. Hoping to see AF sooner rather than later.

Currently taking 2000mg - 1 in the morning/1 in the evening. My temps have levelled out, with a massive drop this morning. Will be interesting to see what happens in the next week or so.

I'm on cd 7 and the witch still has me. I thought it was ending since I was only spotting this morning, but then felt a gush that sent me running to the bathroom. Hopefully it doesn't stick around too much longer!
