Of the to I do prefer the second, but I'm not super in love with it as I know a few ppl with that as a surname

Thanks for the input, I've only known it as a surname as well but when I saw it in the baby book it jumped out at me and I just fell in love with it. I'm surprised that people are choosing it. The middle name for that one is still tentative as well as my husband doesn't like the name Scott. Then he'll turn around and say "Naming is the mommy's department!" I think he just doesn't want to argue.

Personally, I like "Nicholas Scott." I think it has nice flow. I voted for Nicholas, regardless.
