Waiting for A/F after M/C

Hi Ladies

I recently m/c'd and am waiting for AF. I stopped bleeding a week ago and have had normal cm since. I was just starting to chart and check for ov again but I've just been to the loo and found brownish discharge.

I've been given the all clear from the hospital for an infection so can anyone else tell me if they experienced something similar ???

I'm trying not to worry but don't want there to be something wrong.

Yes, see my post a little way down on the board. I MC, bled for one week and then had a clear week of nothing. No infection etc. Then after a week of clearness i got brown discharge for 2 days. Then bizarrly i got a surge of bright red blood (for just 2 minutes) and now im back to normal again

I have no idea at all but im ok again now. Its just all very odd isnt it !

It may have just been a bit of old blood and tissue hanging around that has finally come lose. Brown normally means old blood so i wouldn't worry about it to much.

It may also be a sign you are going to OV soon. I had something similar last cycle on around CD 12 and then i got my so maybe its a good sign of a good egg

It is very strange but at least I know my body is returning to normal.

I'll keep an eye on myself and hopefully I'll ov soon. Like you say Razcox it may be the sign of a good egg

Fingers crossed for you hun, i have just stopped bleeding today after a MC at 6 weeks so i am only a week or so behind you. Heres hoping for Xmas babies and bumps xxx

I had my miscarriage back in December (had to have an ERPC as it was a missed miscarriage). I bled for about 10 days (although mostly it was spotting), thought it had stopped then 2 or 3 days later, started again, then stopped and then I think I had one more lot and that was it. The strange thing was when I thought my bleeding had stopped the first time, the next lot of bleeding was the most I'd had since the first day after my ERPC. That was back in January and I've had 2 normal periods since so I agree, roll on our Christmas Babies!!!

I had a mmc on the 2nd of February.. and finally passed everything on the 10th of Feb. (had to induce the mc) - i bled only for a few days all together.. and noticed a couple of days ago some brown spotting.. showed up today! Before my mc I had horrible cramps.. and always knew when AF was going to show up.. I have had no warning signs other than the brown spotting!
