Waiting to ovulate CD 9

Hello...I am super bored waiting to ovulate. We have been TTC since February
when I had a m/c, it was my hubby and my first together I'm on my 2nd cycle since then. My AF last time was so long lasting for 9 days this time around was way better at 6 days, does this mean I could ovulate earlier? Last cycle I ovulated on CD 22 is that normal?? Any way I'm bored anyone want to join me in the waiting to ovulate game???

Well I have heard that sperm can live for up to 5 or 7 days!!! So I have my fingers crossed for you!!! How do you fee? Any pre ovulation symptoms?

Just wanted to say hi and sorry for you loss, but I hope you get another bfp really soon! I Ov'd last month around like CD 22 so I can relate! This month i'm on CD28 right now and am fairly sure I haven't Ov'd since i didnt have any kind of Ov pain like i did last month and havent seen any + OPK (although i havent been testing very regularly with them). I would LOVE to have some OV pain right now, haha, is that odd or what!?

Hey Robertsgirl! Nice new thread... I think the other one was making me sad. Lots of sad stuff on that thread! Im on CD10 just like you, but I guess you already know that. I swore I wasnt going to play this game this month and just let it happen. Im gonna try. But its still fun to pop in and say hi... Im not going to opk, and Im gonna try to not symptom spot or test either.

The last 3 months Ive opk'd, symptom spotted, and tested like a maniac from CD7 on and it was hell. Ive learned alot from this site and most of all- that no symptom is exclusive to pregnancy, that EVERY STINKING TEST gives evaps, some really bad ones, and that cervical position and CM also can be any which way whether pregnant or not. So I think this site is really best for some other people in the middle of the madness to check in with. But Im gonna TRY to not get all insane this month. My mom always told me, a watched pot never boils and I feel like Ive proven this by getting SOOO watchful!

What do you ladies think? What have you learned in your TTC journey so far?

It is so nice to see you on here!!!!! I really truly believe in what your saying but I don't think I am to the point yet where I can just sit back and relax about it, I wish I could because I do go crazy I have been using my OPK's they are getting darker, I did have some strange pain on the right hand side..I went to have an ultrasound this morning to make sure all is working right, and the only thing I got from it was my right ovary is bigger than the left, I will have the full results of it Thursday, I can't wait I think the larger ovary may be a sign of ovulation to come, and as you know my last cycle was super long my AF lasted for 9 days this time it was 6 I am hopeful that means I will ovulate earlier this time around..I hope you get the BFP!! Did you see on the old thread one of the gals did get her BFP..I'm keeping in touch with her I am so excited for her, it gave me hope..I really hope we all do meet back up on that thread when we are in our tww..It was nice all the comfort and truly feeling like your not alone in this, My husband is a great support but he can't truly understand what I am going through..I hope to see you here more I really am happy you came on!!!! CD 11 having slight cramps..my cervix is high and opened, but still firm, OPK's are getting darker..I hope ovulation comes soon!!! How is everybody else??

Hey there! I did check my cervix today and its high and getting softer, and wide open! lots of thin CM... I must be getting close. I believe Sunday is the day... but like I said, Im not opking this time! I just found out I have 4 weeks to put together a HUGE arena charity event so that will make it easier to not "look"... Even tho Im technically "NTNP" the closer I get to O day the more I feel myself "trying".

I dont know if I had said this on the last thread or not but Im pretty sure my husband cant get me pregnant so this is kind of a useless battle... but stranger things have happened to people who "couldnt" either right? So I am just trying to keep hope alive without getting discouraged!

How are you feeling Robertsgirl?? Did the dr give you a green light?

That sounds like your going to ovulate very soon! My cervix was getting soft and then the very next day I ovulated Is it okay to ask why he can not get you pregnant? I'm doing well trying to get over this cold. They did lots of test on that mystery bleeding I had and everything so far looks great..I will get the results of my ultrasound tomorrow. I did take a peak at the summery page they left up on the screen as I was getting dressed and figured out my right ovary is bigger then the left I hope that is a good thing.. We are trying too, and my husband is getting off of his medication so our sex life has picked up quite a bit (sorry TMI)...My friend has a double uterus and problems with her cervix and she also does not ovulate often, she was told she would never carry a child, she is pregnant with her 4th... And I know of other people who were told they could not and did, so don't worry to much about it.. My breasts are super sore tonight and I have been extremely thirsty I hope this means good things..

Hey! Sorry Ive been MIA! I dont mind u asking at all! He has severe diabetes, and its caused major nerve damage that make it so we not only have erectile issues, but he was tild he most likely has what they call retrograde ejaculation, where the swimmers dont actually come out. So its very unlikely for us, but like u said other miracles have happened! And its possible I actual had a chemical in march which if i did, would mean sonething got thru! Im not sure I did tho. Its all just a big waiting game... Feel free to talk to me about anything and everything, nothing is TMI! we are all in ot together! So how many dpo are u... I think I ovulated yesterday. Oh and I broke down and used the opks. Lol. Im such a poas addict. Its so sad. Lol. Theyve been positive since saturday. Im pretty sure I ovulated yesterday tho. Fill me in on ur stats since we last talked!!! Big hugs...

That does not sound too bad..I'm not trying to minimize anything but they could just take his sperm and place it right next to the egg..7 years ago I looked into this procedure and it was only a few hundred dollars!!! I think you have a real good chance!!! I'm so excited you deserve your bfp!!! I am getting closer to ovulation my cervix is high getting softer, my opk's are dark but not as dark or darker then the test strip and my temp is still low I really hope I don't miss it...I took 4 opk's at different times today I am an addict as well..LOL..I LOVE how positive you are..You should join the never give up team on here I have been going into that forum and I love it so much positive it's great..I am glad you are well and I have my fingers crossed for you!!!!!!!

Yes, I know... youre so right! we could totally do that... but right now he really wants to just let it happen, he doesnt even know I do alllll this... lol... so if it doesnt happen after quite some time I might be able to convince him of that! But for now, we are on our own. So I have to get creative! I will totally go and join the group you suggested, and Im crossing my fingers for your positive OPK!
