Want baby but girlfriend too old

I am 32 my girlfriend is 48, i really want a baby but she has two teenage kids and has had a hysterectomy. I have spoken to people about this and they have asked me wether i would consider an adoption but i have always wanted it through my sperm. Is there any method out there that could grant me my wish while i am with her or am i looking for false hope.

Well, if she has had a hysterectomy, but she still has eggs, then a surrogacy, or there is adoption. GL
