I'm pregnant but do not know the gender yet. Here are the names DH and I can agree on:

Arrietty Anne (we are both huge Ghibli fans)

Cecil William

Thoughts?

We also like Lavender May and Remus Vincent...

I really liked the name Mortimer for a boy, but everyone I ran it by thought it was ridiculous haha.

I think Arrietty is very cute for a girl. For me two names beginning with 'A' sounds a bit odd. Personally not keen on Cecil, but William sounds fine with it! Your other names sound nice too 🙂

As for boys' names I prefer Remus over Cecil (Harry Potter fan here!)

Lavender is very cute but I'd worry she'd be known as Lav or lavvy. Probably not an issue in the US but over here in the UK it definitely would be!

It's pronounced Air-ee-et-ee (if that makes any sense haha).

I didn't even think of that! I'm Canadian, so it didn't cross my mind at all. Something to consider!
