If it is the year of conception then:
ME: 1989 +3 +3.. = 2007
HIM: 1984 +4 +4.. = 2004
.. it should be a girl.. BUT IT'S NOT!!

By the year he will be born:
ME: 1989 +3 +3.. = 2007
HIM: 1984 +4 +4.. = 2008
.. so it would be a boy..

Husbands birthday = Sep 1980

your blood changed in 2006 his was in 2004 so should be a girl

Im totally confused, but I'll try and work it out..

My Birthday - January 1982, 1985, 1988, 1991, 1994, 1997, 2000, 2003, 2006, 2009.

His Birthday - January 1981, 1985, 1989, 1993, 1997, 2001, 2005, 2009

So if I've understood this correctly, my blood changed last, so Im having a girl according to this theory.

Well that wouldnt work for me, according to this i would of had a boy first time round (had a girl) and this time we both work out at same year for blood changing so it could be either and im defo having a boy!!!

According to that Chinese calender (your age and due-month) we'll also get a boy!
