 I couldn't stand to ask this out there and read all of the answers I just knew I'd receive, lol. So anyway here goes. BBT question. Time changed here Sunday. And of course I got my + OPK the next day. And I could swear I've ovulated, but the time change has REALLY screwed up my sleep schedule. I'm finally falling asleep at 2-3 AM and I get up at 8. 8 is when I take my BBT, so I haven't changed that, but really, that's an hour early iykwim? So, now my temps are lower than ever. And I don't know if I should trust it? I ALWAYS O the day after my positive OPK. I have definitely never NOT o'ed the day of or day after. And now it's three days after with no shift? And I can't help thinking it's the time change that's screwed me up. Do you guys know if it could affect it this much??
