i need a good supportive woven wrap i have a victoria wrap and thats 5m i beleive and a good length for me...i think. not too fussed on patterns.

Girasol, didymos and storchenwiege are all good makes and will do you, you need a 5.2meter wrap which is a size 7 xx

I would suggest going over to www.naturalmamas.co.uk and having a look at the FSOT Slings and Carriers forum. You can ask questions too in the wraps section. I've just bought 4 wraps from the forum in different sizes to try

A good beginners wrap is a girasol/hoppediz they are both about £50 preloved and new £70ish

didymos wraps are lovely but can be mega expensive if they are limited editions. You can find ones around the lower price end which are ones that are constantly in production

i got a storch anna preloved and although i havent used it yet it seems like it will be very supportive and comfy - plus its ultra pretty although my OH hates it!!
