Warning about prune juice!! lol

Ive been kinda constipated so i drank about a third of a glass of prune juice. Omg it worked but its not pretty!! My in laws live with us right now and i am so glad they are not here tonight! Lol

When I tried it, it barely did anything! Maybe mix less of it with some orange juice as orange juice helps with... The runs

I wasnt ecpecting it to do anything because my mom told me to drink a little every day. I drank a little and no kidding 2 hours later.. theres been times in the past where it didn't do anything so just fair warning to everyone , be careful!! Lol!

I remember giving some to my son when he was like 7 months old cause we had just introduced solids few weeks before and he was constipated for a week!

Once we gave him that as per pediatrician advice, that was a diaper I still remember. I got it on video and I made DH change it he had a towel over his face!
