Was this the baby moving

Hello I'm 18w 6 d
And this morning i was lieing on my right side a felt like a big ball of air move I didn't break wind after if just felt like a flip like something turned over.

All those bumps pops bubbles can't all be wind surely. And where abouts would I feel baby move?

It sounds quite possible its baby moving. To me early movements feel like I have a load of butterflies in there or like a fish swimming around. You should feel it in your lower abdomen. By 20 weeks approx the uterus has reached the belly button.
