Water at night

Sorry for yet another post! Making the most of a sleeping little man

How much water do you drink overnight? I'm drinking about 3 pints yet I still wake up SO thirsty, to the point that I think it is even affecting my letdown as its a lot slower overnight! Anyone else stupidly thirsty overnight?!x

I get very thirsty overnight too. I always keep a bottle of water next to me at night. Breastfeeding makes you so thirsty!

I put a pint of water in babies room and 2 in mine yet despite finishing them I'm just so thirsty! It's amazing how much you actually have to drink. X

I always have a bottle of water nearby day and night - bf is thirsty work!!

I'm less thirsty now in comparison to at the start. I always make my way through a litre bottle of water a night generally!

I did when I was nursing at night. Even when LO was still asleep, I'd wake up thirsty. When he stopped nursing during the night I stopped needing to drink during the night.
