Watery poo

My nine week old is ebf and has been having watery pops the past couple days. It's like 2-3 a day and there is no solid, mucus or milk curds. It's like thick brown water that is mostly absorbed in the diaper. Should I be worried?

No that's normal, my little one gets them for a few days every so often. For breastfed babies a marked increase in frequency is generally more of a sign of something being up than consistency. (Ie. 15 a day instead of 4 or 5)

Thanks. That's a relief to hear. He just had one today. Still liquid but no weird smell or anything. I may ask a nurse tomorrow at his clinic too.

Yeah smell is the other giveaway, if it was diarrhoea you would most likely know just from the smell too.
