*Way* early + on an OPK?

Has anyone ever gotten a really early positive on an OPK? I'm only on cd11 and got a + this morning at around 9am. (it was *almost* positive last night)

We didn't BD last night, but we did the 3 nights before that. Did we miss it or is tonight still good?

I'm a little surprise that it is this early......anyone else have this?

I read that you ovulate 12-36hours after you get a positive result so doubt you've missed our chance, get bd'ing x x x good luck
