Weaning question..

My best mate's LO was born 5 weeks early but only just over a week before full term, will weaning need to be done differently for her or should she just wean as you would a full term baby?

Weaning a preemie should be done between 5 and 7 months depending on there needs.

my pead and dietician said you wean premmies by their actual age my daughter was born 5 weeks early n i have been weaning her since 18 weeks!
