Wedding fayres?

Are they any good?

I more or less know what I want so I wouldn't be going for ideas, mainly goodies and discounts?

Goodie bags, discounts and prize draws from suppliers

I've run a fair few now, and I would say the bigger ones based in halls and centres are the best ones to go to with the widest variety of suppliers.

Hotel based ones tend to be smaller, but on the up side there are less people and crowds.

And you get to try the chocolate fountains and yummy cakes on offer too,well worth going to i would say i went to a few in the run up to my wedding.

we've been to a couple now, they had lots of discounts, and you can speak to loads of different people too - i've sorted our rings through one wedding fayre, and i found some gorgeous tiara's at another, just got to remember where they were from

I went to the big NEC one with the girls and it was brilliant. Great for ideas and discounts but very Busy!!
Have also been to 2 at our venue which were Fab got discounts off our wedding rings just by filling in a form at the fayre and found our cake maker who is FAB!!
Plus all the freebies are a bonus!!
I would defo go to atleast one!!
