Is this another company which has reduced the size, in order to cheat people into thinking you're getting a bargain!

I bought a pack of 72 last week, (a box of 72 was cheaper than a box of 48, and I don't mean it worked out cheaper - it actually WAS cheaper!), and thought that maybe it was just the packs of 72 had smaller biscuits, as the biscuits are considerably thinner than I've ever seen.

Has anyone bought smaller size packs recently, and have you noticed the same, or is it just packs of 72. Or is it just a way of them actually putting the price up, without showing it?

i bought a 12 pack the other week because i was just starting Ollie on them and they are so small not at all what i remember eating when i was younger they used to take up a whole bowl now they just look like a wee pebble in a sea xx

I didn't notice a difference - maybe my box was old stock :haha:

yeah i noticed this we've had this one bowl since we got the flat (2007) and two used to fill the bowl and now i can fit almost 4 in it, that means they've halved the size in 3 years

last few packs of the choc one i got where crumbs! i think i got 2 out of it that was half of a brick. I rang up and complained and they send me a cheque for £20.

my pack are like that aswell some of them looked like branflakes lucky tho i mash it all up for ollie xx

The sandwich spreads in asda have all suddenly got rolled back, including their contents. The pots are now 3/4 as full as they where a month ago.

I think someone should go to the papers about this, as really...........i know it is sad, but if they are reducing content, then charging near the same price for it then the GB public is being rodgered good and proper!

I had several like that and william likes them whole with no milk for some reason. I got peed off as I got a big box and he wanted one and i tipped near the whole lot in the bin for a bit! called them and tore at the man on phone. I had to google number also as they never bothered to answer my email. Still £20 was a lot for them not send i spent nothing like that on wheetabix. Got a box that wasnt as bad the other day there.

yeah twenty quid was a great result for you! wish i had the nerve to call and complain about things but im all email-mouth and no trousers lol xx

I think they know. I read something the other week about how they are reducing the size of chocolate bars and all sorts of things but charging the same price.

They were saying it about the big tins of chocolates the supermarkets have on sale, they weigh less than last year but cost the same.

lockets have recently done the same! reduced the size of each sweet- and you now get two less sweets in each pack too.. yet they are still over 65p!

Not the one I read but this has some of it.

Including pampers!

I hate when they do this! I'm one of those people that checks the weight of everything just to make sure that I'm not secretly being ripped off. Usually am. They definitely put less crisps in a pack now too. also slightly ot but i am convinced that the dairymilk bars that you buy in multipacks aren't the same chocolate

I've sent an email to [email protected]

Perhaps if lots of people do that, they'll take up the issue!. So come on girls - send some emails!

We have weetabix for Daisy and I havent noticed it yet either  x
