Although I have yet to have my baby I have always been concious of my weight and have gone from a size 12 to 22 and now sit at a size 16/18 and yes there are days when I hate myself for it....but all I can say is I am trying to eat healthy ad go for walks, I used to swim a few times a week but since getting preg I just never had the energy(bad excuse I know!) Why not wrap up warm(OK am in Scotland and its chilly) and head out for some window shopping with your LO or a bit of people watching(I loooove tat hehe) Those excersises are good too...thank you!!
