Weight watchers weighing :'o(

Ok so i've just been for my 1st weighing session, n iv put on a pound....:( i have been soooo good n been drinking lots of water. Iv even started water arobics.. i cant understand why i have put on :o( anyone else put on weight in their 1st week? :hissy:
 
Oh no, im a big fan of WW. After losing 3st and 1 1/2st in 07 and 08 it helped me fall pregnant with Taylor and Spud.

Did you write down everything on your tracker?? Did the Team Leader go thru it with you??

The water aerobics may have turned sum of the fat the muscle which will have encouraged the weight gain.

just carry on with it and wait and see what you lose next week. i love ww. xxx
 
If you've started to exercise more then you might be turning fat into muscle which weighs more. Keep at it and you'll see the weight fall off x
 
agree about muscle and fat thing-i have weeks when i seem to loose nothing, but inches have come off so stick at it, you'll see the weight coming off soon.
