have you thought about swimming hon? or a water aerobics class? def helps tone everywhere, and from pictures i've seen, you don't need to lose weight! xx you look lovely as you are x
I've heard squats are good for abs, I KNOW that the plank (try doing it doing commercials while you're watching a 1 hr TV show, this is what I used to do) is good for your abs, andddd a few crunches. Just don't do too many, it's a waste of energy to overdo it with crunches
