Ok so I had a weird dream I've given birth to a litter of kittens and I had to breast them... Anyone else had that dream?

LOL that is a pretty weird dream. 
There are many studies on dreams and their symbolism... Have you tried doing a simple search?
"Nursing" is thought to simply mean the desire to nurture something. And kittens are often a symbol of freedom/joy or alternately something only loved by some.
.....although I tipically just believe that dreams are a compilation of your thoughts during the day. If you are TTC (thinking of giving birth) and have seen, heard, or thought of a cat recently you could have a simple explanation

I've researched it a little bit and I think it's somewhat tied to being preg...I haven't been around cats in a long while..
