Hello I have been tested with higher than normal prolactin levels and have had an MRI and thankfully results were good. I do not know the cause however and wonder if it is actually due to my pituitary even though there is not tumor. I do have an issue with my gallbaldder that is not serious but I wonder if this and high cholesterol are playing a part. I'm still hopeful! I started juicing and purchased a fertility book with information to correct imbalances with TCM. I am also taking a supplement called fertility cure. So, exercise and eating right and keeping stress levels lower are my main priority. Looking forward to getting healthier one day at a time!

We are having a baptismal service in about an hour. I am very excited! One of the great joys of being a pastor...

However, one of the ladies I am baptizing is in stage 4 cancer, having both lung and pancreatic cancer. All of her family was supposed to be there today, but her son's best friend was murdered last night - leaving behind 5 children. She is really having a rough time of it, so if you would please pray for her and her family I would really appreciate it.

Duo fertility is a small censor you wear at night under your armpit and it records your temp, then every morning you click it into computer and the support team helps to track ovulation and possible pregnancy. but this month everything went crazy on me, my temps are usually at 34 at rock bottom but on ovuation it always at 35 but last month I ovulated at 35 and it stayed elevated even through my cycle that only lasted 2 days, my temp then just kept climbing to 37.44. Its a good gadget and you can watch your own temp graph, I just dont think they understand what is going on either.xx

WOW, that is very interesting. So what what is your current day? Have you been using ovulation kits or looking at your CM? Maybe with these additional tests, you can pintpoint that is going on?

I am due cycle in 4 days, My cm is strange for a few weeks very wet. I used clear blue fertility monitor for 2 and half years with no luck on duo fertility 4 months with no bother and great support but this month they have disappointed me, It took me 4 years to get my wee man was just hoping for 1 more before I get to old. xxx

Maggie, Looking at your chart, it looks to me like you have what is called a tri-phasic chart. That means that your temps were low during the first phase, then you ovulated and they went up a little, and then towards the end of your cycle they have jumped. That jump might very well be the increase progesterone that happens when the embryo implants and you are pregnant! So maybe that is what is happening?

just got email from duo fertility they said I ovulated on day 14 which is totally impossible thats in the middle of my temperature spike on the green days does anyone know if it possible to ovulate in the middle of your temperture rising?

Maggie- I would assume so depending upon your lh surge. If the surge is sufficient to cause the egg to pop then while it is in the rise you may in fact ovulate. It would be difficult to confirm without going for an ultrasound though. Have you considered u/s scan to see if you have/are ovulated?

We are going to talk to the financial counselor tomorrow about converting to IVF. I think we'll likely do it. It seems a shame to waste these eggies!

I have 11 that are larger than 10mm, 5-7 of which are already mature. I'm doing more shots tonight to try to mature a few more. Then, likely trigger tomorrow and egg retrieval on Weds. This is happening so unexpectedly. DH's head is still spinning. And I was hoping to get pg without IVF. But here we are!

As long as we get a healthy baby or two, it will be worth the $ and discomfort (my ovaries are gigantic now)

FF changed my ovulation day from 10/27 to 10/29. We did the insemination on the 10/26 so whats done is done. But I still think it was the earlier date. My breasts are tender and im having some pulling in the groin area but I know symptom spotting only makes a person crazy. Im already crazy. lol. Anyway I will be on the lookout for spotting mid-week cuz I have 6 days till my period is due. I usually spot 2 days before AF is due.

FirstTry - I've been through plenty of IUIs and 1 IVF, and I'm really surprised that they want you to trigger so soon? My FS won't trigger until my smallest follicles are about 18mm. They won't be mature until they hit about 20-24 mm. So I'm really surprised that they are already telling you that you have mature follicles. I'm not a Dr though so what do I know? Here is to hoping I'm wrong and that everything goes well for you!

POO POO on FF. I just took a look at your chart and I think you ovulated on the 27th. Mostly because you had the EWCM, and a positive OPK, plus your temp rose. Let's boycott FF!!! BabyWhisperer and BabyDust had funky O days this past month too! I think even TwoToGo's O day was changed by FF, so I think you should just go with your original day, and I'm sure it will be fine!

WOW! Yes, you are definitely ready! I thought you said they were just over 10mm, not 22-17 yes those numbers are excellent! I concur, you have 5-7 mature follicles. I hope you do end up doing an IVF cycle, I would hate for you to not be able to use those beautiful follicles

I'm going to try to negotiate a discount because we don't have to do the normal monitoring (and insurance paid for the IUI monitoring). But if they don't give it to us, we'll just bite the bullet and pay for it. I'll just put off buying a car for a few more months. The walking is good for me anyway
