Went for ultrasound at 4w5d cause i spotted

Hi i went in for a ultrsound at 4w5d according to my lmp because i had spotted some but havent since then but the doc thought i was 6w according to the size of my gsac but he couldnt see a baby yet so i went back at 5w5d lmp for another u/s and he couldnt see the baby yet either but did see something that i think is the yolk sac but he sent me to check my hcg levels cause he thought we should have seen the baby already and i have miscarried twice before my level at 5w5d was 3800 then two days later 5800 he said its good that it went up but it didnt double so we have another u/s tomorrow the wait is so hard i will be 6w5d anyone have this happen im hopeing they will see the baby tomorrow also what would cause my gsac to be bigger twins maybe ? i was a twin so that would be neat my mom micarried mine early on it would be neat to have 2 but figure my hcg levels would have been higher any thoughts welcome thanks

forgot to put the pics of the u/s he thought the thing in the pic was either the beginning of another sac or the beginning of the placenta
