Hi,

I currently live in Midhurst and was wondering if anyone is living nearby who might want to go to classes or anything like that? I was thinking of going into Chichester as I heard they do a pregnancy classes at westgate lc?

Anyway, if anyone's out there let me know lol!

ME,ME,ME!!! I was thinking i really need to start the pilates at westgate, but im always so tired after work Really should give it a go though. Im still playing badminton, but down to once a week now as too tired to play late in the week. I think pilates is 5.30-6.30. Let me know if ur going x

Oooh yay! I always feel like a loner going to classes on my own lol!
Pilates sounds good, there's an aqua class too but I think it's during the day which is annoying!
Wiggler- sorry to hear you've got spd, thankfully I've had no probs so far! We could always organise a get together excersising our arms lifting coffee cups?!

I have recently moved to Chichester and am expecting my first baby in October. Really keen to meet new mums and mums to be. Perhaps a coffee morning in Chichester. Am new to this site so any tips would be great.
