I had dd 18 month ago and put quite abit of weight on not exactly sure but was 60 kg to begin with just as I started to loose weight I fell pregnant again at which point I was 68kg I had ds 4 week ago and started dieting after new year. I am now down to 69kg I was 72kg after giving birth but it has stuck at 69kg it just won't really seam to go down. My daily meals are as follow.
Cereal for breakfast soup for dinner and a healthy meal for supper. I drink loads of water n if I do need a snack I have fruit. I also have the odd glass of wine.
Do you have any tips of what I could change? Xx
