What are these symptoms related to?

I am still waiting for my first AF following my eptopic pregnancy so we can start TTC again... It's been 2 and a half weeks since surgery and I should expect my AF anytime up until 6 weeks after..
However been having some weird symptoms that feel the same as when I was pregnant! Could they be related to anything else?

Twinges / fluttering in ovaries and lower abdomen
Headaches
Tiredness
Bloating
More discharge than normal
I just 'feel' like something's going on down there!

Help!

Ur period can take up to 12 weeks to return not 6 weeks. Those symptoms r normal to have if u still have HCG in ur system which there is a strong chance that u do. Did u have the metho shot? Ur just the operation?

I didn't have the injection, just the removal surgery and my HGC level went back down to 0 within a week after!

I had no idea it could take up to 12 weeks as my doc said its usually within 6 :-/

I'm also getting heartburn and am very hungry!

Maybe it's in my head but I feel pregnant! Surely can't be this quickly after eptopic?? It's been three weeks now and haven't been using protection...
