What items for baby have made your life much easier or do you highly recommend?

Any items that you never used or would advise against spending money on?

A baby carrier or sling. My baby refused to be out down, so this was really good as it meant that she could be close to me and I could still do stuff around the house

We also found a baby swing a good buy as it calmed down baby and sent her to sleep. We don't use that anymore though as she started to become scared of it t around 5 months old!
